Shipping and Returns
Shipping within the UK mainland is free and included in your purchase price. Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified at the time of ordering. These are estimated shipping times and not guaranteed. If we become aware of any possible delays or changes in inventory status we will notify you via e-mail. We will email you when your order is dispatched to you.
Our international deliveries will be one of the following - DHL International - 2 to 5 working days dependent upon country of destination - Royal Mail International - 7 to 10 working days dependent upon country of destination
Our order processing and packaging time is normally 2 working days (this does not include weekends). Our delivery services will be one of the following: - Parcel Force Tracked 24 hours -2 working days - Royal Mail Second Class Standard - 3-5 working days

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days from the day following delivery of the goods following the instructions below, and we will exchange or refund it. It is important that any unwanted item is returned in FULL in a reasonable condition. We would expect this to mean: - Items are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition - It is undamaged and unused with all, if applicable, pieces intact and enclosed. CANCELLATION UNDER DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (applies to the EU only) If you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days from the day following delivery of the goods ("The Cooling Off Period")
United Kingdom Returns Only
You can only return an item by post if you ordered it online or by phone. To return items by post, please use the prepaid returns label on your invoice, fill out the returns form by circling appropriately the reason code and the date of your return. When this has been completed and attached, take your returns shipment to your nearest post office. It is imperative that you get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage. When you use our prepaid label, postage is free from UK addresses for parcels less than 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46 cm in size. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard Royal Mail charges if returned via the postal system. We will reimburse any additional reasonable delivery charges shown on your proof of purchase, provided you return the full order. You can track your parcels using the tracking reference number online here; http:// www.royalmail.com/track-trace . Please allow 5 working days for us to process your returns and refunds from receipt of your returned item or items.
For International Returns Only
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Our local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties. You can only return your item by DHL Express if you ordered it online or by phone. To return items by DHL Express, please use the prepaid DHL Express Airway bill enclosed with your parcel. You will also need to complete the blank returns invoice for customs purposes enclosed with your shipment and have this ready for collection with the Airway bill. Please complete and fill in your details and call DHL Express to arrange collection, quoting our account number printed on the DHL Express Airway bill. The number of your local DHL depot can be located here; http://www.dhl.com/en/contact_center/ contact_express.html Your returns shipment can be tracked using DHL’s online tracking found here; http://www.dhl.com/ en/express/tracking.html If you are returning goods due to a fault or damage on the part of Auto-Kit International Ltd, we will refund the purchaser with the price paid for the goods on receipt of the returned item. If the faulty item constituted the entire order or if all items delivered were faulty or damaged, the original delivery charge will be repaid. If the recipient has paid import duty, proof will be required and it will be repaid on a pro rata basis. The recipient should contact us to arrange their refund. Our international returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights. - It is imperative you retain a copy of the airway bill as proof of postage of the returned items. - Please allow 5 working days for us to process your returns and refunds from receipt of your returned item or items.
