June 2022- Customer Orders - Update
Dear Customers,

Hope you are well.

As you may appreciate the current situation with staff shortages & absences as well as global material shortages and delays in deliveries of raw materials is impacting us all.

The above together with unprecedented demand for our products has caused a bottle neck situation in our production line here in the UK.

Unfortunately , as a consequence , there maybe delays on some customer orders during this time for which we sincerely apologise.

Please be rest assured we are working has hard as we can to get your order out for delivery as soon as possible so please bear with us.

If you cannot wait any longer for your order please email customer services at and they will process a full refund for you immediately.

Leaving negative reviews for situations outside of our control does not assist or help anybody so we would be grateful that you email your enquiry and allow us 48 hours to respond.

In terms of communication , we apologise but we can only currently communicate via email as our phone lines are currently not being manned due to staff shortages. Staff that would normally answer calls are busy within the factory assisting in expediting customer orders as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and please be rest assured the quality of our products will be worth the wait.

We would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise where our customer services and delivery lead times have not met your expectations but please take note that we are working very hard to ensure the service and delivery times match the quality of our products.
